The company was established in 1981 under the name PT Buraksa Perkasa and obtained its business license as a Securities Broker-Dealer from BAPEPAM, under License Number: KEP-152/PM/1991, on March 21, 1992. Later, in 2001, the company changed its name to PT Trust Securities.
As Indonesia’s capital market industry continued to evolve and in order to comply with the regulations set by the Financial Services Authority (OJK), in 2017 the company changed its name once again to PT Trust Sekuritas. This change has been officially registered with the OJK under Letter Number: KEP-33/PM.2/2017, dated September 27, 2017, as a licensed securities broker-dealer under the supervision of the Financial Services Authority.
As a member of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the company actively participates in the growth and development of Indonesia’s capital market industry.
