Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in any major

Job Description
• Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research, customer analysis, and competitive landscape assessments to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive advantages within the heavy equipment sector.
• Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop compelling and differentiated product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonate with target customer segments across various heavy equipment categories
• Go-to-Market Strategy & Launch: Lead the planning and execution of successful product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies, creating launch materials, and coordinating across internal teams.
• Content Strategy & Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and informative marketing content, tailored for the heavy equipment audience.
• Demand Generation: Work closely with the demand generation team to develop and optimize campaigns (digital marketing, trade shows, events, PR) that drive leads and generate interest in our heavy equipment products.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Contribute to the overall product lifecycle management, providing market insights and feedback to product development teams for future product enhancements and innovations.
• Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to identify areas for improvement and optimize future strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships and collaborate effectively with product management, engineering, sales, service, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and shared success.
• Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to gather insights, build relationships, and promote our heavy equipment offerings.
